The Objective of the Plano Youth Athletic Association shall be to implant firmly in the youth of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty,
courage, courtesy and reverence, so that they may be finer, stronger and happier, and that they will grow to be good, clean, healthy citizens.
